Course Overview
This course has been designed for individuals who have a range of well developed hospitality service, sales or operational skills and a clear understanding of industry operations. The course will provide the opportunity to exercise discretion and judgment while allowing the students to work with some independence. The qualification entails a pathway to work in restaurants, hotels, cafés, etc. and enabling individuals to acquire multiple skills.
Entry Requirements
18 years/ G. C. E. O/Levels/ Good Working Knowledge of English.
