This certificate is the ideal pathway for students who wish to qualify as commercial cooks in a supervisory or team leading role in the kitchen.

The course is designed for students to exercise discretion and judgment while working under minimal supervision to solve non – routine problems. Individuals qualified in this category may be referred to by titles such as Chef or Chef de Partie

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
