Course Overview

This diploma will provide students with the qualification and necessary skills to become managers in various areas within the hospitality industry. However, it may not be designed to be a part of the Australian apprenticeship pathway.

Upon completion of the diploma, graduates will be specialized and qualified with technical and managerial skills to plan, execute, and assess their own work or that of their team.

Entry Requirements

Certificate IV in Kitchen Management.

Course Content

The Diploma in Hospitality Management (Culinary) requires the completion of 06 units.
